There are Colonels, and then there are Colonels — those who bleed maroon and take pride in their department, academic program and the University as a whole. If you’re the latter, we’d like to borrow your voice to spread the word about the good things going on at Eastern Kentucky University.

Despite decades of change in the ways we communicate, there’s still no better way to spread an important message than by word of mouth — particularly if that message as nuanced and meaningful as Eastern Kentucky University’s. And these days, the conversation’s taking place on social media.

Requirements

• At least one active social media account on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn or Snapchat
• Energetic tone of voice and positive position on what it means to Be a Colonel
• Current EKU student, faculty or staff member (Are you an alumni? See the International Alumni Association's Alumni Ambassador program.)
